HS-1200 Stencil Printer Machine:

HS-1200is a high accuracy and high stability of the fully automatic printing machine with a vision solder paste inspection system.

HS-1200 Stencil Printer provides a flexible PCB solder paste printing machine that could serve long LED PCB up to 1200mm. HS-1200 equipped with a 2D solder paste inspection system, the 2D inspection function is able to detect insufficient paste, bridging and other defects. This could help the operator find abnormal production and adjustment reminder. HS-1200 is also equipped with top and motorized side clamp, thereby ensuring superior printing quality. The printing quality status could be monitored in real-time.
